Embark on a journey to deepen your physical fitness and strength! Each week we will complete 2 workouts together that target a specific muscle group of the body. By building consistency, your arms, legs, core, and cardio will all improve! Through demonstrations and discussions, students will not only gain strength, but also understand the right techniques for safety and to develop life long habits to keep their bodies moving. Join us and let's lift some weights! *** Any form of physical activity has a risk for injury. I make sure to limit risks by completing a warmup and teaching proper techniques. By signing up for this class you understand these risks and take responsibility of your Childs safety. ***

Please have enough space for students to do jumping jacks or other types of movement for safety. Parental guidance isn't required for this class, but if you feel that your child needs more supervision when working out for safety, feel free to be there for them.

Please have a few different weights of dumbbells ready to use. We will work to modify with what everyone has avalible! I will be using 5, 10, 15, & possibly 20lbs, but these specific weights are not necessary to get the benefits of strength training!

Hi I'm Addie! With an exercise certification and currently working towards my masters in Kinesiology, I am an expert in this field. I have also taught multiple exercise classes and coached 3 sports camps, along with personal experience training for sports for 14 years.
