Join me in exploring strange and mysterious places that really exist, even though we do not understand them. Each week we will visit a different place. Here are a few: Each week we will look at different mysterious sites around the world. The focus is on myths, legends, speculation and archeological and anthropological findings. These places have been chosen because little is actually known about their true origins. We will discuss where the sites are located, and finding them on a map. I hold a Bachelors degree in education and have taught students - preschoolers, elementary students, middle school, and college for many years. More than anything else, I believe in instilling a love for learning, and that reading helps students develop a lifelong habit of learning. Giving students topics that will hold their interest and spark their imaginations is one way I do this. I have always loved delving onto mysteries and this is why I love teaching about the wonders of our world which includes mysteries such as these.
