In this course, I will draw on my experience as both a children's book author and an elementary school teacher to create an engaging and interactive environment for young learners. I have a passion for storytelling and guiding children through discussions that help them connect deeply with the books we read. My teaching approach will involve not only reading the story aloud but also asking thoughtful, open-ended questions that promote critical thinking, creativity, and meaningful conversations. I aim to create a supportive, inclusive space where students feel encouraged to share their thoughts, develop their listening and comprehension skills, and build confidence in expressing their ideas. With a focus on fostering a love for reading and storytelling, I am committed to making each session an enjoyable and educational experience for all participants.
