En esta interesante clase, los niños aprenderán a escribir un párrafo detallado y organizado que explique cómo completar una tarea sencilla en secuencia. Es una buena manera de practicar las habilidades básicas de escritura y aprender a comunicar instrucciones.

In my hands-on, interactive Zoom classes, students can expect a supportive and engaging environment where they will be guided step-by-step through each lesson. As a certified K-12 teacher specializing in drama, reading, and writing, I use a creative and personalized approach that encourages participation and collaboration. I actively involve students in the learning process, asking them to share ideas, answer questions, and complete writing exercises in real-time.

Through the use of visual aids, live demonstrations, and interactive discussions, I ensure that learners not only understand the concepts but also feel confident applying them. Each session is designed to be dynamic and engaging, with a balance of direct instruction, guided practice, and individual feedback. Students are encouraged to ask questions, share their work, and participate in discussions to enhance their understanding and confidence.

No prior background knowledge is required for success in my classes. I provide all the necessary instruction, breaking down concepts into simple, easy-to-understand steps. Whether students are just beginning their writing journey or looking to improve their skills, they will find the class accessible and enjoyable. Following are the topics taught:

Introduction to sequencing:
I begin by discussing everyday activities that happen in steps, like brushing teeth or getting ready for bed.

Sequencing Words:
I teach children the words that help show order (e.g., "first," "next," "after that," "finally"). .

Guided Writing Exercise: (Make a Sandwich):
I walk through an example of how to write a process paragraph using a familiar task, like making a sandwich or going down a slide. Break it down step by step and write it as a group on the board, showing how each step builds on the previous one.

Independent Practice (Choose a Task):
Students will choose a simple task they are familiar with (e.g., going down a slide, tying shoes) and break it into steps. They will then write a paragraph using sequencing words to explain the process.

Sharing and Review:
Students will share their paragraphs with the class or a partner. Review each paragraph to ensure the steps are clear, logical, and in the right order.
Metas de aprendizaje
Understand the concept of sequential order and why it’s important.
Identify and use sequencing words such as first, next, then, and finally.
