This is a step-by-step approach where learners can set their own pace. Students can begin with arm coordination, then advance to combined arm and foot movements, and jumps too.
Participants will need an open space where they can freely move their arms and legs in each direction. Proper footwear is needed for dance and jumps. Participants may want to bring a water bottle. We will spend a few minutes warming up before we begin to allow students to stretch prior to beginning techniques.
