This class will be taught in a whole group setting with time for discussion for each student through the use of slides, stories, role playing, games, visual aids/charts, modeling behaviors, rhymes, interactive discussion, real-life scenarios, and positive reinforcements. My teaching style is centered on creating a structured, inclusive environment where all students, including those with autism and ADHD, can thrive. I use visual supports, social stories, and predictable routines for students with autism to help them navigate social interactions and self-regulate. For students with ADHD, I implement strategies like breaking tasks into smaller steps, using visual timers, and incorporating movement to maintain focus and engagement. I collaborate with educators, therapists, and parents to ensure consistency and track progress to provide individualized support for each student’s success. 🍎Class Structure for Weekly Theme🍎 1.
