This class is an ongoing weekly 1 to 1 class, that will create a safe space for your learner to explore their emotions, and build a foundation for social-emotional learning.  Through fun activities, games, stories and exercises, we will learn how to identify and recognize our different emotions and what to do when we have 'big emotions'. 


This class supports your learners as they
⭐	Build an emotional vocabulary
⭐	Learn to identify their emotions and feelings 
⭐	Build a selection of tools and strategies to help them regulate their emotions
⭐	Use mindfulness exercises / body breaks to help balance our emotions
⭐	Learn about friendships and how to share ideas and play with our peers
⭐	Explore strategies and solutions we can use to help us solve problems. And become ‘risk takers’ because making mistakes is FUN and helps us learn!
