🦅 A Bit About Me
Hello! My name is Marc and I am an educator from Canada. I have a passion for all things to do with adventure, traveling and (most strongly) animals. I have a Bachelor of Science with a major in Zoology and have worked in many different animal fields. Animals I have worked with include reptiles and amphibians (such as alligators, snakes and frogs), birds (such as falcons, hawks, and ravens), mammals (such as foxes, lemurs, and porcupines) and aquatic animals (such as sharks, stingrays, and jellyfish). 

In addition, I also have a Bachelor of Education and have taught a variety of grades from Grade 5 to Grade 12 as well as special education classes.

I have currently traveled to 33 different countries including Ecuador, Italy, The Philippines, Costa Rica, Poland, and Australia with a goal to travel to 30 countries before I’m 30. I like immersing myself in the culture of new places and spotting wildlife in foreign ecosystems. Being a well versed traveler, I like bringing experiences into the classroom (when appropriate) to make things more exciting!

I am a very committed, dedicated, and fun leader and I have your child’s best interest in mind. I hope to combine fun and education into my classes with the goal to have your child talking about animals for days and weeks to come!

💡Please Note - I am trying my best to keep as many class sections open as possible, however I have had to cut back a bit due to school reopening here in Canada restricting my availability. My goal is to still try to have a few sections of each class open every month or so but I wanted to make sure you were aware in case there is a class you are waiting for. Please contact me for more information, if there's a specific course you are waiting to be scheduled or if you have any questions!

🦈 Classes
• I currently have a variety of class styles including Multi-Day, One-Time, Ongoing, Group and FLEX
• I offer a variety of classes covering different subject areas including zoology and science
• If you are interested in a new idea for a class feel free to contact me and I can see if it is feasible! If it is, I will add it to my list of ideas and hopefully make it a reality someday.
• If you have any questions or concerns regarding class format, price, or how a typical class looks please feel free to reach out.

📅 Scheduling
• I try my best to take into account a variety of different time zones and requests as much as I can. If you have a schedule request, I will try to accommodate however it is difficult to respond to each schedule request individually as there is a large influx that come in. I suggest saving the class so that you are notified when new sections open!
• FLEX classes run EACH WEEK beginning on Sundays. I generally try to update sections for the following month but if you are hoping to enrol in a FLEX class and don't see one listed for the week you wanted, rest assured it will open soon or shoot me a message and I can open it ASAP!
