* STEAM is an educational approach that incorporates the arts into the more-familiar STEM model, which includes science, technology, engineering and mathematics. - Students will use listening skills during the directed drawing portion of this class. Students will use their imaginations and developing art skills to draw a skeleton shape doing fun, everyday activities like soccer, yoga, dancing, running, or playing softball. Students will be given the chance to share their art and receive positive feedback about their efforts.
The teacher has successfully taught this art lesson in public elementary schools to students ages 6-12.
