There will be a total of 18 Meetings in 9 Weeks, 2 meetings per week.. The topics will be covered in all areas of Science which includes Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Environmental Science. I will be using Google Slides, Videos, Lectures, White Board and Projects to teach Lessons. In this Class, students will study all the important Science Concepts required for the Middle school students to prepare for High school science courses. This is a Semester long course and covers important State Standards from middle level science courses.Students may also join in between to attend certain topics which they consider they need tutoring for. All Sessions will be interactive and students will also get to participate in Quizzes and other Online Assessments. Students will be allowed to also raise hand and ask questions for better clarity. I am a Certified Science Teacher for Texas, Virginia and South Carolina, still working in a Public School in Texas. This class will help students strengthen their conceptual knowledge in Science and prepare them better for high school science. I will teach each topic during one Meeting and provide notes and videos for the topic so that students can practice at home. Metas de aprendizaje
Students will learn Chemistry concepts in the first two weeks which focus mainly on atomic structure, basics of periodic table, matter.
Important concepts dealing with motion and energy will be taught in the third week. Four weeks are allotted for biology concepts. Concepts which centers around cell, human body systems, genetics and ecology. In the last two weeks, students will bve learning important concepts and astronomy. All concepts aligned to the State Standards.
