In this exciting beginner-level Scratch coding class, students will dive into the colorful and creative world of programming by learning how to build their very own interactive projects using Scratch – a block-based programming language developed by MIT. This class is perfect for young learners with no prior coding experience who want to explore how games, animations, and stories are made. Through engaging, step-by-step guidance, learners will discover how to snap coding blocks together to create characters (sprites), control movements, add sound effects, and build simple logic using loops, conditionals, and variables. Whether your child wants to design a mini-game or tell a digital story, this class lays the perfect foundation in computational thinking and creative confidence.
