En esta clase única, los niños se reirán, socializarán y disfrutarán de una divertida historia de Santa.
Luego, todos tendrán la oportunidad de participar en una manualidad y un juego de Papá Noel. (Se requieren algunos materiales para la manualidad del recuerdo).

During class, the children will have multiple opportunities to answer questions, share their comments, practice social skills and turn taking, throughout the Santa story. Story times are a great way to promote listening and comprehension skills, and encourage the love of reading all while having lots of fun. Afterwards, we will make a Keepsake Santa craft by tracing your little one's hand and turning it into Santa! We also play a game to help Santa find his helpers. I hope to see you in class soon.

Please bring a piece of paper(heavier paper may be better- such as construction paper or cardstock), drawing utensils, cotton balls, and a glue stick(or whatever is available - glue, tape, etc.) and drawing utensils(markers, crayons, or colored pencils). Thank you.

I have been teaching for the last 27 years in a variety of settings. I have worked with children 3 to 12 years of age. I have created curriculum for 3-6 year old's, tutored, been a nanny, an assistant director, assistant teacher for early learners in the school district, and taught English (ESL) online. I have a BA in Early Childhood Education and a BA in Psychology. I love to find creative ways for children to learn and have fun! I believe children learn best through a variety of means including: repetition, writing, movement, creativity, socialization, fun, and a positive attitude. If I do not know the answer to a child's question, I will research it and let them know. Knowledge is a powerful tool that can create a spark for future learning and life adventures.
