Nivel Beginner - Advanced
Beginner students will learn rock music starting with classic riffs like Green Onions and Working Man. Intermediate and Advanced Students will learn solos and riffs by guitarists such as David Gilmour, Tony Iommi, Eddie Van Halen, and Randy Rhoads. Song requests are always welcome. Besides learning rock classics, fundamentals such as technique, theory, and sight reading will also be covered. - How to efficiently fret the strings with the left hand
- Effective ways to hold the guitar and hold good posture
- How to Read Standard Music Notation, Tablature, Chord Charts
- Ear Training to help identify melodies, chord progressions, keys and articulations without sheet music
- Scales and Arpeggios to build a foundation for their musical voice, as well as develop technique
- Music Theory, from the basics to advanced concepts
- Jazz Theory and Improvisation
- How to efficiently hold a pick for picking and strumming with the right hand, and/or fingerpicking depending on desired goals
- Advanced Techniques such as Tremolo, Bends, Vibrato, Tapping, Slap/Pop, Various Barre Chords and Rasgueados
- Extensive Chord Vocabulary that will help them play along with any song
