Retro Gaming Club: ¡Una aventura desconcertante!

In this relaxed and interactive gaming club, learners will work together to solve creative puzzles in a fun, 90s retro video game. Each session brings a new adventure where students practice critical thinking, teamwork, and creative problem-solving — all while having fun and building connections with each other.

At the start of each class, we'll kick things off with a quick, friendly overview of the day’s challenge. Then we dive into gameplay: students direct the action by offering ideas, giving directions, thinking through problems, and brainstorming solutions together.
I’ll be there to guide the adventure, offering hints when needed, supporting collaboration, and making sure everyone has a chance to contribute in ways that feel comfortable for them.

This class is designed as a low-pressure, flexible space where learners can stretch their thinking, explore different approaches to challenges, and enjoy the process of solving puzzles as a team. There’s no rush to “win” — the focus is on creativity, communication, and having fun together.

Note:

Students will complete this class entirely through Zoom on Outschool.

I will screen share the game, and students will direct gameplay by speaking, typing in the chat, or using screen annotation tools.
