Hi, this is Mrs. C with Innovative Tutoring. If you are looking for a plain, straightforward, to-the-point teaching of math concepts, this is your class. I do use a variety of methods to teach, but my goal is to make sure that the students master the material. I want them to learn, to gain knowledge. The word "teacher" means "one who is apt to teach". - Students will gain confidence and renewed knowledge over past learned concepts. You will review the order of operations, fractions, percentages, decimals, measurements, and pre-algebraic equations. The student will review all of this functions, so that they are able to be comfortable working these problems.
I am a degreed elementary education teacher with 25+ years classroom teaching experience, plus 14+ years homeschool experience. I also have experience teaching 7th grade Basic Math, 8th grade Pre-Algebra, 9th grade Algebra 1, 10th grade Geometry, and 11th grade Algebra 2. I have also tutored several students on basic math and algebra.
