Clase de interpretación de recital

Hello! This class is an extension upon my private vocal lessons. The goal of this course is to gain performance experience and to build confidence. PLEASE NOTE: The recital class is solely for other students to participate in and is NOT a family and friends event. Sharing of the zoom link is not permitted in accordance with Outschool policy.
Furthermore, this is not a feedback-based class and is for students to learn about performing by observing each other's singing and progress. You may request feedback in your next lesson. 


REQUIREMENTS: Before the recital course students must complete the following before performing. 
These requirements are necessary to maintain a smooth and professional recital experience for all those involved, so please be sure to prepare these steps:
1. Officially register for the class.
2. Let me know your song choice and have it approved. 
3. Fully memorize your song or have lyrics prepared. The song must be fully completed in our private lesson class in order to be ready for the recital class.
4. Confirm with me that you have:
     A. an audio set up to play a backing track.
     B. a clean background to perform in front of (this can be a blank wall or a blurred background).

Format Of Class:
1. Introduction.
2. Performances By Students: I will announce each performer and the student will be able to gain experience singing live. The student will be required to turn on their camera and position it so that we can see them clearly. Students will also receive a pdf program to print. (After receiving all enrollments, the order of who is performing will be chosen at random) They may print this in advance to follow along with the performance itinerary and see what and when their peers will be performing.
3. Closing Statement: I will close the recital class by thanking students for their performances. :)


Please leave your camera and microphone off unless you are the one performing. This class is scheduled to last one hour at most but is set at 30 minutes. There is a possibility it can last less than or longer than an hour depending on the amount of signups. If we are left with additional time after performances, students can participate in a Q and A session centered around performing OR even sing a group song if we all know it!
