Students will learn fun and interesting facts about the rainforest, such as what animals and creatures would you see there? Students will listen to the read-aloud book “if I Ran the Rainforest” by Bonnie Worth. If time allows, we will also read aloud the book “Rainforest Animals” by Jill McDonald. Students will also listen to the “Rainforest Song” by Big World Club. Finally, students will be able to create their own paper plate parrot project. I am a fun, creative, patient teacher who loves seeing students having fun and engaged in their learning. I have a passion for teaching, and this shows in my classes. This class is interactive, so students are welcome to ask questions and talk to one another.

Experiencia y certificaciones del docente
Hello!
My name is Carrie Krassman. Welcome to my classroom! I am so excited to meet your child. I will teach fun and interesting classes for children such as reading aloud fun stories, cooking for kids, and completing creative art projects. I am a certified teacher in grades pre-K through six with extensive experience with children. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree In Elementary Education from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a Master’s Degree in Education from Mount Mary University. I believe that learning should be fun, and students should be interested and engaged. I believe that all students can learn in different ways whether it be hands on, visual, kinesthetic- movement, or auditory. This could be through singing, dancing, or playing a musical instrument. I believe that learning happens throughout ones’s life. No matter what age you are, there is always something new to learn. Something fun and personal about me is that I love to ride my electric bicycle. See you soon!
