Experiencia de clase

Having taught public speaking classes since 2011, and working with all age ranges on managing public speaking anxiety, I have created a mini-course designed to help anyone become a more confident communicator. 

The class starts with an introduction to public speaking anxiety, then focuses on the research-backed methods that have successfully helped the thousands of my own students manage their public speaking anxiety. Although this class is self-paced, my teaching style encourages students to participate in the methods from the comfort of their own home. After a brief introduction to the research-backed method, learners will actively follow along as I take them through the steps to reduce their public speaking anxiety.

 This lesson will use the research-backed method called "Cognitive Restructuring" to reduce our public speaking anxiety. 
Lección 4:
Public Speaking Anxiety: Relaxation methods help!
 This lesson will get us to use relaxation methods to reduce public speaking anxiety.
