Hygiene and Self-Care: Tips for managing physical changes. Myth-Busting: Addressing common misconceptions about puberty. How Is Your Class Structured? Introduction: Welcome, objectives, and icebreaker activity. Main Content: Divided into sections covering physical, emotional, and social changes, with each section including interactive elements and discussions. Activities and Discussions: Interactive chart creation, Q&A session, and myth-busting. Conclusion: Recap of key points, resources for further information, and feedback. How Will You Teach?
