Hello! I'd love to have you as one of my voice students! Read below to learn a little bit about how our voice lesson(s) will run!

These 1 on 1 lessons can be scheduled as frequently as you'd like them to be! I'd love to have you every week, but I also know that sometimes you just need a little help before an audition or performance and only need one or two lessons.

For those students looking for a weekly lesson, here's what you can expect from our time together:

At our first lesson, we'll discuss your goals for our sessions. We'll also go through a few vocal exercises so I can get a better understanding of your voice and where your strengths and weaknesses lie. If you have a song you already know, feel free to bring that in so I can hear you sing! At the end of the lesson, we'll discuss what the plan moving forward will be.

Single 1 on 1 lessons are available for those looking to work on a couple songs for an audition or performance of any kind. In this case, please come prepared with the sheet music for the song(s) you'd like to work on.

Voice lessons are meant to be individual to the student! My goal will always be to create a session that addresses your current needs and goals. And these are always changing! Every lesson will build upon our last and prioritize building a great vocal foundation.

Hi, my name is Kaylee! I am a performer and teaching artist based in New York City. I love all things acting, singing, and dancing and am excited to share these passions with students of all ages! I've worked with kids from 3 years old to 18 years old in all things theater. I graduated from Ohio University with a BFA in Musical Theater and two certificates in Actor-Musicianship and Performing Arts Health and Wellness.

My lessons will always focus on the student's personal growth. Each child comes into lessons at a different level and that is ok! It's important that the student feels confident and comfortable in our lessons and that our time together is providing a place that allows for mistakes. No one is expected to be perfect at everything and to immediately be a pro at a new skill. Performing arts can be challenging, but so rewarding and my goal is for every student to leave lessons feeling a sense of accomplishment and excitement to continue learning new skills and improving on those we already have.

Outside of teaching and performing, you can find me watching tv/movies, cooking and baking, or traveling the world!
