Class Experience
Individual Piano lessons especially structured toward your age, gifting, and skill level.  My methods set me apart from many traditional teachers by the way I tune into the learner’s gifting and learning style, developing a course of action that will train the student in playing to the best of their ability and achieving their desired goals.

In this 30 minute class, students will learn foundations of music coupled with enjoyable songs.Recommend practice:  4-5 days per week.. 

Because classes are individual lessons, they are governed according to student’s gifting, level and speed of learning.  So each student’s class will be stream-lined accordingly,

Week 1: Introduction
Week 2: Introduce new concept in Lesson Book, One or two new songs from each book.
Week 3:  Continue at student’s learning level in their personalized level of book each week.
Week 4:  Continue as above.

Classes continue at student’s needed level of learning.

We will use Alfred or Faber method books at your age and level of learning.  We will learn new concepts each week, and along with that fun songs, technic, and ear training, to all go together for a fun over all experience.  There is a course for each age group. After learning about the student and sometimes working with them for one lesson, I send links recommending the books that will work best for them.  Each course has 3-4 books in the set.  I require the whole set.

Class is hands on and fun!  I am patient and thoroughly enjoy music so want to help motivate you to play the piano and other instruments for life!
