Informal assessment will be conducted at the beginning of class to determine a student's level and needs, and then throughout the class to ensure learning objectives and goals are being met.

Experiencia de clase

This one-time class will allow students to focus on areas they need extra support in to improve their grades in Spanish class, to enhance their speaking, listening and reading ability, improve their pronunciation, or just have fun with the language! Lessons are built around student need based on the teacher's assessment of their current language ability and needs. The teacher will provide materials for use in class, but students are welcome to bring their own as well. 

Individual times can be arranged, so please feel free to message me to discuss additional time options.

Ms. Shiren studied Spanish at the University of Toronto and has worked and travelled in Latin America and Spain. She is a fluent Spanish-speaker and has been teaching and tutoring Spanish from age 7 through high school Spanish, including IB and AP Spanish.
