Nivel Beginner
In this engaging 10-week course, students will build on the foundational piano skills learned in Book 1 of WunderKeys. Each lesson introduces a fun new character, imaginative story, and piano piece designed to strengthen finger independence, rhythm, and early note reading in a playful, age-appropriate way. Class materials are presented through Google Slides, which are designed to feel like an interactive storybook adventure. I use built-in audio and video recordings of me playing the songs to support your child’s aural development and help them build listening skills and musical memory. My teaching style is nurturing, energetic, and highly interactive. I give lots of encouragement and structure to help young learners feel confident. Students will have chances to respond verbally, play their keyboards or pianos, clap rhythms, and engage in simple musical games to reinforce what they’ve learned. While this class is structured for group learning, I provide individual attention and feedback during each session. Lessons are scaffolded so students build on previous skills each week while staying engaged through music and play.

I am a dedicated music educator with over 10 years of experience teaching students ages 2–18. I have been teaching private piano lessons since 2019 and offering online lessons since 2021. I specialize in early childhood music education and use creative, story-based approaches to make piano learning fun, especially for preschool-aged learners.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Music with a concentration in Education and am currently pursuing my Master’s in Music Education at Liberty University. Throughout my teaching career, I’ve worked in various settings including private studios, community programs, youth band organizations, and public schools. I currently teach full-time as a middle school music teacher, where I continue to develop engaging music curriculum for young learners.
