Preposiciones con piccolo: Unidad 7 (ELA/ELL/ESL)

This is Unit 7 of Prepositions with Piccolo. There are 10 units in total.

In this 4 week English language course, we will focus on learning 6 common prepositions through reading (reading is not required), repetition, answering questions, and interactive activities. All under the friendly guidance of an adorable panda named Piccolo!

This is a verbally interactive course, during which learners are often encouraged to shout out answers and repeat words, phrases, and sentences. When multiple learners are present, learners will be encouraged to listen to their classmates to take advantage of peer learning.

The first 3 classes will focus on 2 prepositions each. The 4th class will review those 6 prepositions.

Each class will begin with illustrated examples of the prepositions in use (with text). This will be followed by interactive activities designed to reinforce the prepositions. Learners will then describe illustrations using the prepositions. Each class ends with a more personalized opportunity to use the prepositions. 

All illustrations in this course feature Piccolo and his friends. Piccolo and his friends are characters created and illustrated by me, Teacher Rae. 

This engaging course is suitable for advanced younger learners (3-4 years), on level learners (5-6 years), struggling older learners (7-8 years), and English language learners (ELL/ESL).

*Note to families: These classes are specifically timed to 20 minutes and set at a small class size in order to maintain a high level of student engagement. I believe that engaged learners learn more, learn better, and retain more of what they are learning.
