This is the first quarter of Pre-Calculus. This course is rigorous and should only be taken by students who have successfully completed Algebra 2. This class is best for self-motivated students who like math and will work hard both in and outside of class. In this quarter we will focus on functions and their graphs. Students must have successfully completed Algebra 1, Algebra 2, and Geometry before taking this course.
Curriculum will be provided by the instructor. A printer will be needed to print out notes and assignents. A basic calculator will be needed (recommended--TI-30X IIS) and we will use the free online graphing calculator, Desmos.com
