I will work with you to find ways to help you achieve your goals. I'll teach a skill, you'll have the opportunity to practice, and we'll find a fun activity to practice that skill. You may ask questions and I will do my best to help you feel more confident. Here are some examples of skills we can work on during our time together: **Math - addition, subtraction, place value, multiplication, division, fractions, geometry, area and perimeter **English Language Arts - phonemic awareness activities, phonics, reading comprehension skills, fluency, writing (informational, opinion, or narrative), grammar, spelling and word work I ask parents to please message me 24 hrs in advance of the first meeting, if possible, in order to allow me time to adequately plan individualized lessons and gather required materials. I can also give a brief assessment, as desired, to zero in on skills needing reinforcement. I look forward to meeting and working with your learner!
