In this course we will review the difference between planning and scheduling and how understanding the difference and using both practices can help students to handle their full schedules without becoming overwhelmed. This will be an interactive course where students will be guided through assessing their current roles/responsibilities and activities and given practical tools to help them manage their time well while making sure to accomplish all of their goals. There will be slides to help explain the concepts and move the conversation along. Students do not need any prior knowledge to participate in this course and should walk away confident in their understanding of the differences between planning and scheduling and the benefits of both.

The basics of breaking tasks down into manageable steps to help accomplish their goals.
