En esta clase de 5 semanas, aprenderemos cómo ser fotógrafos más seguros completando proyectos, lecciones y críticas. Al final, sabrás cómo funciona tu cámara manual y tendrás fotos maravillosas de las que estarás orgulloso de mostrarlas.

What should you expect from this class? In this class we will work on getting to know in more detail what our cameras can do! We will learn beyond the basics of photography with projects, examples, group critiques and terms and techniques. We will work on becoming more confident and photographers by building a portfolio of photos we can be proud of! This is an intermediate class, so students should have a knowledge of photography and an interest in gaining experience in photography....
- We will work on learning the detailed ins and outs of our cameras, how they work and how we can use this knowledge to become better, more confident photographers.

Frecuencia: disponible bajo peticiónComentario: disponible bajo peticiónDetalles: There will be weekly photography projects where students will be expected to present their photos and participate in critiques with other students.
For this class we will need a camera that can be used in manual mode. We will need a DSLR camera or equivalent (digital or film are both fine as long as students have access to quick film development and scanning. I would highly suggest a DSLR camera). Home and family DSLR cameras are wonderful. Advanced Mirror-less cameras will also be absolutely fine. If you plan to purchase a DSLR but you would like tips, please feel free to message me about this. (I would suggest looking at https://www.bhphotovideo.com/ for some wonderful beginning photographer cameras both new and refurbished. I recommend Canon Rebels, or M50 Cameras or Nikon thousand series DSLRs as well as the Nikon Z30 )
Students will be sharing their photographic projects and I will require that these photos be free of violence and explicit content. Please make sure that your learner's computer permissions allow for screen sharing. If you are not comfortable with your learner sharing screen to share their photos, they are welcome to send their photos to me (through Outschool) and I will share my screen for them.
