Dear Students and Parents, During this course, we will explore a variety of personal finance topics, including but not limited to saving vs investing, renting vs buying a home, Inflation, taxes, and many more. While the structure of each class will be similar, the content covered each week will be entirely different. This Personal Finance class covers a range of financial topics to improve financial literacy. Each week, a different topic will be discussed. A short video may be shown to help learners understand what the topic is all about and how it is important. Next we will discuss an give real life examples of each topic with interaction throughout the lesson. Students will participate in discussions and activities focused on the topic of the week. Whether it's understanding the stock market, learning how to create a budget, or managing debt, this class will provide students with valuable knowledge to make informed financial decisions in their lives. Ultimately, our goal is for students to gain a solid grasp of the financial concepts covered each week.
