This course aims to develop basic communicative abilities in Czech while acquainting students with various aspects of Czech culture. After the semester, students should be able to communicate on an elementary level about himself/herself; his/her family; daily activities; and his/her interests. Students will also be able handle basic social communications related to food, shopping, school, and travelling. Students do not require any previous knowledge of Czech and every lesson starts with fresh new vocabulary so they can join this ongoing course at any time.
