Any type of calculation in Math can be difficult. In this ongoing class, the student will have one-to-one tutoring time. The student may bring homework or any math topic they want to cover in class. If the student brings homework, message it minimum of two days prior to the class. If this is homework, they are finding difficult to complete, problems will be handled one by one and step by step.  If the student needs additional assistance of grasping a certain math topic or just wants extra practice, the material will be provided by the teacher. By teaching concepts, strategies, and showing how to utilize resources the student should become more confident with that math topic. This class will be structured as a tutoring session and will involve one-to-one interaction. The class will be visual, auditory, and hands-on.

Some of the topics that can be covered in class are all basic calculations (Addition, Subtractions, Multiplication, and Division), Order of Operations, Fractions, Graphing, Coordinate Plane, concept and calculation of Negative Numbers, Decimals, Pre-Algebra, Measurements, Time, and Currency. These topics listed above, are not a complete list of everything that can be covered in class.
