Doctorate in Physical Therapy -Cleveland State University BA in Dance and History - Connecticut College Certified Pilates Instructor - Polestar Pilates The instructor for this class is a certified Pilates instructor and has over 15 years of teaching dance and Pilates to children. She is also a licensed physical therapist.
This class is intentionally designed to support unique learning needs. Learners who have challenges are welcome and will be supported using a variety of techniques and approaches to find what will most help them in each session.
No experience required!! All levels and abilities welcome!
Please be sure your learner has a safe environment to move and exercise in. Plenty of floor space and soft flooring or a mat to lay on. Also, please note only learners who are cleared to participate in physical exercise by their physician should particitpate in this class.
