Experiencia de clase

This ongoing course is ideal to learn mindful breathing techniques, how to raise focus, curiosity and compassion. This class is for everyone who wants to experience the benefits of mindfulness and meditation. They are excellent tools that can help kids/teens to cope better, be more focused, train their brain and support their heart to feel more joy. Practicing mindfulness/meditation daily is like gaining a superpower that help us overcome situations we could face every day. 
Class is one on one, so the kid/teen has ample opportunities to participate freely. This class does not have a specified curriculum or topic, since it will be taught based on each individual learner needs. The time slots offered are flexible. Please message me directly to set the time that best fits your schedule and I will check my availability.

A typical class session looks like: 
-Physical warms up  
-Breathing Practice and Mindfulness activities 
-Talking/sharing thoughts, feelings and new learnings. 
-Cool down / Closing
