Join our captivating Ocean Explorers Club, where we gather once a week to delve into the enchanting world of ocean animals. Each session will be a voyage of discovery as we focus on a different marine creature, exploring its unique characteristics, habitat, locomotion, and dietary preferences. We'll engage in interactive discussions, fueled by captivating pictures and videos that ignite curiosity and inspire questions. As we dive deeper into our topics, we'll also ponder if these aquatic animals can be found near our own localities, fostering a connection between the students and their surroundings.

But that's not all! Our club isn't just about learning; it's about experiencing the magic of the ocean firsthand. We'll emulate the movements of various aquatic and semi-aquatic creatures, immersing ourselves in their world through playful and engaging games. Furthermore, students will be encouraged to unleash their creativity and draw the animal they've learned about, igniting their imagination and artistic expression.

This class is a harmonious blend of movement, conversation, and imagination. It's a joyful and informative journey that encourages the students to build connections with their peers, fostering a sense of camaraderie and shared passion. The students can color the page I send each week or choose to join me in drawing the creature at the end of class. Get ready to embark on an unforgettable adventure that combines fun, knowledge, and the wonders of the deep blue sea.

My teaching style:
My teaching style can be described as a delightful blend of fun, encouragement, and inclusivity. I believe in creating an enjoyable learning environment where students can have a great time while also remembering important rules to ensure a smooth class experience.

One of my priorities is to foster a culture of sharing and interaction among students, encouraging active participation. However, I am mindful of the needs of shy learners, providing them with a comfortable space to observe and engage at their own pace. I strive to accommodate various learning styles, making sure that all students feel included and valued in my class.

My ultimate goal is to ignite a spark of curiosity and excitement in each student, leaving them eager to share the fascinating facts they've learned long after the class has ended. With an engaging, energetic, and enthusiastic teaching approach, I aim to cultivate a love for learning in my students. While maintaining a professional demeanor, I also inject a touch of silliness to keep the atmosphere light-hearted and enjoyable.

Above all, I am passionate about instilling a deep appreciation for the wonders of the natural world in each and every student I have the privilege to teach.

I am absolutely thrilled to have the privilege of teaching your child. With a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, a 120-hour TEFOL Certificate, and a PADI Scuba Divemaster certificate, I bring a wealth of teaching experience to the online classroom.

Over the years, I have taught in public and private schools, offered personalized one-on-one tutoring, conducted engaging online classes, and served as a dedicated camp counselor. Teaching is not just a profession for me; it's a true passion, and I am eager to share my expertise with your child.

My areas of expertise encompass a wide range, including the exciting realms of exploring living animals, English as a Second Language (ESL), Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, and more.

As a former camp counselor, I had the privilege of leading students on captivating exploration hikes and engaging experiments that ignited their curiosity about the natural world. My lifelong fascination with animals even led me to obtain a PADI Dive Master certificate, allowing me to introduce young students to the wonders of scuba diving and the ocean's mysteries.

During my college years, I earned an endorsement in Language Arts. For the past four years, I have dedicated myself to teaching ESL online, forging connections with students from diverse backgrounds worldwide. Teaching the English language is a source of great joy for me, and I employ fun and creative techniques to help students of varying proficiency levels master this important skill.

My passion for all creatures, from insects and arachnids to mollusks, drives me to inspire and connect with my students. I encourage them to observe and enthusiastically share their discoveries of fascinating creatures from their own surroundings during our classes. Additionally, I create opportunities for students who share similar interests to socialize and learn together.

Building connections with my students is a top priority, and I actively encourage them to participate and share their knowledge on every topic. Throughout our classes, I will provide personal videos and photographs from the topics we study, and I eagerly anticipate your child's contributions as well.

Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions, and be sure to follow my profile for updates on upcoming classes. I am excited to welcome your child into my class soon!
