This 8-week Nutrition course will cover key aspects of healthy eating, dietary needs, and the impact of nutrition on overall well-being. Students will explore topics such as: Understanding proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals, How the body processes food and converts it into energy and understanding the importance of water intake.

Understand the Role of Nutrients: Students will be able to identify and explain the functions of macronutrients (carbohydrates, proteins, fats) and micronutrients (vitamins and minerals) in the body and understand their importance for overall health.
Students will learn how to read and interpret food labels and make informed food choices to improve their health and well-being.
