In this engaging one-time class, students will learn essential skills for taking effective notes, organizing them for better comprehension, and reviewing them for tests or papers. Ms. AJ will provide practical tips and strategies to make note-taking more efficient and productive. Through interactive activities and discussions, students will practice and refine their note-taking techniques, ensuring they are well-prepared for academic challenges.

We will learn about Cornell notes, or two column notes, and how they can improve both listening comprehension and long term memory from lectures. We will discuss how to organize notes so that you can access them when you need them. We will also talk about how to can return to your notes at assessment time to ensure you have the most information you possibly can!
