My Rainbow Feelings! (This class does not provide therapy...it is purely educational.) Welcome to "My Rainbow Feelings." In this class we will identify the important feelings we all experience, and put colors to them. We will also discuss strategies we can use when these big feelings occur. We will: * Identify and name feelings * Assign colors to those feelings * Color our "Feelings Faces" * HAVE FUN! I believe in creating a classroom environment that is safe, encouraging, and fun! This class will be an opportunity for students to work together and realize that it is okay to feel all those big feelings! I am attaching a link that will contain slides for the lesson, as well as the coloring page we will complete together!
