In this one-time incredibly dynamic and engaging class we discover our five senses. We practice yoga poses that correspond to every sense. This class is perfect for kids who love to learn something new about themselves. In this class, we will discuss our favorite smells and food, read a short book, listen to different sounds, play games, and practice yoga. Your children will learn Down Dog, Cat, Dolphin, Owl, Horse, Cobra and much more. Yoga Disclaimer: This class will include some gentle yoga. No yoga experience is needed. It is important to have a clear space with less distraction and a yoga mat or beach towel.
