Hello! I teach history and elementary subjects, including K-5 mathematics, reading, writing, science, and social studies. I have taught 4th grade for several years. Before that, I taught 7th and 8th grade reading intervention, and I tutored community college peers in Elementary Spanish, Precalculus, and English composition.

I believe that everyone can learn, and learning happens when a learner makes a choice and effort to grow. Schools and teachers provide the support, resources, and environment to facilitate a learner’s growth.

I teach because I love learning. As a student who majored history, I was intrigued by stories of the past. I have recently started to love science fiction and stories of the future. I also love to sing. :)
