Are you ready to embark on a mathematical adventure that will transform your learner into a multiplication master? In this dynamic and engaging bootcamp, students will not only conquer multiplication but also develop a rock-solid understanding of the essential concepts laid out by the Common Core Standards. From basic multiplication facts to applying strategies for problem-solving, this course is designed to ensure that every learner leaves with confidence and competence in multiplication. Week One (March 19th): Multiplication Concepts Your learner will be able to explain what multiplication is, learn important math vocabulary and use several strategies for solving basic equations independently. Week Two (March 26th): Solving Longer Equations Your learner will be able to write a multiplication equation to match a word problem and solve multi-digit multiplication equations with confidence. Week Three(April 2nd): Multiplication in the Real World Your learner will be apply multiplication to real-world situations and write multiplication equations based on word problems. Each lesson will include engaging games, interactive activities, reference slides, and opportunities to learn from their peers. Additional practice will be made available on Google Classroom for non-meeting class days.
