This class is a great way for your learner to practice essential reading and writing skills. Each week learners will take turns reading aloud a writing prompt of opinion, informational, narrative or poetry writing. These prompt examples will help learners with their writing. Then students will practice writing a piece of their own base on the week's form of writing. Come write in a positive and encouraging environment!

* Handouts will be posted early Monday mornings. Please print out any resources your learner may need.

* Please note: for poetry writing, students will complete two poems.
