Mr. Sanchez’s Social Studies offers comprehensive tutoring in all areas of social studies, including U.S. History, World History, Government, Economics, and Geography. While I support students at all levels, I specialize in Advanced Placement (AP) curriculum, providing focused instruction to help students excel in AP U.S. Government and Politics, AP U.S. History, AP World History, AP Human Geography. My sessions are designed to strengthen essential skills such as critical reading, historical analysis, document-based writing, argument development, and political reasoning. I provide personalized support with course content, exam preparation, FRQ (Free Response Question) writing, DBQ (Document-Based Question) construction, and multiple-choice strategies, all aligned with College Board standards. As an experienced and credentialed educator with a strong record of AP student success, I equip students with the knowledge, confidence, and skills necessary to excel academically and perform at their best on AP exams. Whether building a strong foundation or aiming for a top AP score, I help students gain a competitive edge for future college and career success.

As the instructor of Mr. Sanchez’s Social Studies, I want to assure all parents and guardians that this course is grounded in academic integrity, historical accuracy, and a nonpartisan approach to teaching.
This program is designed to help students understand foundational principles of government, economics, history, and civic life. Lessons include real-world examples and current events to help students make meaningful connections between classroom content and the world around them. However, at no point is the instruction intended to promote or persuade students toward any specific political ideology or belief.
My goal is to empower students to think critically, evaluate evidence, and develop informed perspectives of their own—regardless of political affiliation. Students are encouraged to ask questions, respectfully engage with different viewpoints, and strengthen their understanding of how government and society function in both historical and contemporary contexts.

I have taught Advanced Placement U.S. Government and Politics with a proven track record of success—maintaining an AP exam pass rate of 80%.
