In Morning Nature Circle Time, your little learner will embark on an exciting journey to discover the wonders of the natural world, as well as learning the days of the week, months, and time. They will learn about various aspects of nature, including plants, animals, weather, and ecosystems, through engaging stories, songs, and observations. This is a private class and our work will be tailored to your child's educational needs. Learners begin with a warm welcome and introduction to the day's theme, followed by calendar time. Classes will cover letters, numbers, weekdays, seasons, months, and will have activities/crafts tailored to the time of the year, and seasons. I encourage children to share their observations or creations during a discussion and sharing time, and we wrap up each session with a summary of the day's lesson and a check in to see if they would like to share. My teaching style is nurturing, interactive, and inclusive. I aim to create a supportive environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to explore. I will focus on experiential learning, allowing children to learn through direct interaction with nature and creative expression. In Morning Nature Circle Time, I am committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all children. This program is designed to accommodate various learning styles and needs, and I am dedicated to making any necessary adjustments to ensure that every child can fully participate and benefit from our activities. It is my belief that by fostering an inclusive atmosphere, we can enrich the learning experience for all and nurture a community where every child can thrive and develop a deep connection with nature. #outdoor #natureclassroom Morning Circle Time Weekly Topics (subject to change and learner needs): Week 1 - October 8th: Welcome to Nature Circle Time Week 2 - October 15th: The Colors of Nature Week 3 - October 22nd: The Weather Around Us Week 4 - October 29th: Fall Week 5 - November 5th: Birds Week 6 - November 12th: Amazing Bugs Week 7 - November 19th: Trees and Their Secrets Week 8 - November 26th: Nature Sounds Around Us Week 9 - December 3rd: Animal Homes Week 10 - December 10th: Rivers and Streams Week 11 - December 17th: Cloud Watching Week 12 - December 24th: Winter Animals Week 13 - December 31st: Exploring the Moon Week 14- January 7th: Autumn Leaves Week 15 - January 14th: Squirrels and Acorns Week 16 - January 21st: Winter Wonders Week 17 - January 28th: Snowflakes and Ice Week 18 - February 4th: Evergreen Trees Week 19 - February 11th: Feeding Winter Birds Week 20 - February 18th: Signs of Spring Week 21 - February 25th: Planting Seeds Week 22 - March 4th: Rain and Rainbows Week 23 - March 11th: The World of Flowers Week 24 - March 18th: Butterflies Emerging Week 25 - March 25th: Gardens at Home Week 26 - April 1st: Sunshine and Shadows Week 27 - April 8th: Exploring the Night Sky Week 28 - April 15th: Rocks and Minerals Week 29 - April 22nd: Exploring Ocean Life Week 30 - April 29th: Celebrating Nature
