Class Overview: What Will Be Taught?
This class offers a unique opportunity for parents and children to engage in a guided Montessori-inspired learning experience. Parents will learn how to observe and support their child’s development through hands-on activities and tailored coaching, while children explore engaging, developmentally appropriate materials under the parent’s guidance.

How the Class is Structured
Each live session is directed by the instructor and follows a structured format:
1.	Introduction (5 mins): Overview of the lesson’s focus and goals.
2.	Live Demonstrations (15 mins): The instructor will present Montessori activities, allowing parents and children to observe proper techniques.
3.	Guided Practice (15 mins): Parents will be invited to set up prepared materials for their child to explore while observing their child’s interaction.
4.	Reading and singing and movement (10 mins): Parents will receive private coaching via the chat feature, offering real-time guidance and tips based on their child’s engagement.
5.	Dismissal and Q& A (10 mins): Parents may stay after class to ask additional questions with prior arrangement.

Teaching Approach and Style
The class is interactive and family-centered. Parents and children will participate together, with the instructor guiding the process step by step. Lessons are delivered live to create an immersive experience, with demonstrations for parents to model at home. Coaching during class will be private via chat to respect individual needs and ensure a focused environment.

•	Parent and Child Engagement: Parents actively participate in setting up activities, observing their child, and practicing Montessori principles.
•	Instructor Guidance: The instructor will coach parents during the session via private chat, offering personalized feedback.
•	Live Demonstrations: Parents and children will observe the instructor modeling activities before participating.
•	Questions and Support: Parents can ask brief questions via chat during the session and arrange to stay after class for more in-depth support.

Parent Preparation
Before class, parents will be provided with a list of materials to prepare activity trays. These should remain out of reach until the instructor invites parents to place them within reach during the session. This ensures activities are introduced in a developmentally appropriate way.
By the end of this class, parents will feel empowered to create meaningful learning experiences at home while fostering their child’s independence and curiosity.

Parents will prepare a basket with a variety of containers, ensuring they are safe and easy for little hands to manipulate.

Material:
A shoelace, thick string, or pipe cleaner
Large, easy-to-hold beads, pasta with holes (e.g., penne or rigatoni), or foam shapes with pre-made holes
A small basket or tray to hold the materials

	Description:
This activity promotes fine motor development, hand-eye coordination, concentration, and patience as toddlers practice threading objects onto a string.

Parents will prepare by providing a set of objects that can be stacked or balanced, encouraging toddlers to explore concepts like size, weight, and stability.	

Week 5 
Lesson # 1: Language 
Lesson # 2 Matching Pairs

Material: A tray or mat and pairs of familiar household items (e.g., socks, mittens, or small animals or animal pictures attached).	Description:
This week’s activity supports cognitive development, visual discrimination, and memory as toddlers practice matching pairs of objects. Parents will prepare by arranging a set of paired items on a tray or mat, ensuring there are clear distinctions between the items.

Instructor: will present the lesson during live class according to the Montessori approach. Parents observe and model for their child accordingly. 

Parents will prepare by providing a tray of 4 to 6 sets of identical objects or pictures. 	

Week 6
Lesson # 1: Language 
Lesson # 2 Pouring Practice

Material: Two small pitchers or cups with handles and a dry material for pouring (e.g., rice, beans, or lentils).	Description:
This week’s activity encourages the development of hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, and a sense of independence. Parents will set up the activity by filling one pitcher with the chosen material and placing the other pitcher empty on a tray.

Instructor: will present the lesson during live class according to the Montessori approach. Parents observe and model for their child accordingly. 

Parents will prepare by providing a tray with two small pitchers, one half full of safe grains and one pitcher completely empty.	

Week 7
Lesson # 1: Language 
Lesson # 2 Banana Slicing 
Material:
A small cutting board
A butter knife or a child-safe knife
A half Unpeeled  banana 2  small bowl for the slices
	Description:
This hands-on activity encourages the development of fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and practical life skills. It also introduces toddlers to food preparation in a safe and engaging way.

Instructor: will present the lesson during live class according to the Montessori approach. Parents observe and model for their child accordingly. 

Parents will prepare a tray with a small wooden cutting board, a butter- knife, a half fresh banana, and 2 small bowls.

I bring over 15 years of experience in early childhood education and parent-child facilitation, specializing in Montessori and RIE (Resources for Infant Educators) methodologies. I hold the following qualifications:
AMS Certification (Birth to 3 years)
AMI Certification (3 to 6 years)
Master’s Degree in Montessori Early Childhood Education and Leadership
Bachelor’s Degree in English Communications
As a trained Montessori educator, I’ve worked extensively with children from infancy to age six in classroom and home settings. My experience includes teaching in Montessori schools, coaching teachers to implement Montessori principles, and conducting workshops and seminars for parents and educators.
I have also supported families remotely, helping parents adapt Montessori practices to their home environments. In addition, I’ve served as a Montessori visiting lecturer, sharing my expertise with aspiring educators.
Currently, I run a parent and teacher coaching business, offering one-on-one coaching, child tutoring, and family engagement seminars. My weekly online class, Lunch and Connect for Parents, provides a space for parents to discuss milestones and challenges while receiving Montessori-based advice and support.
With this comprehensive background, I bring not only professional training but also a deep understanding of how to support children’s development and empower parents to be confident guides in their child’s learning journey.
