Students will learn about the Mosasaur family of sea reptiles.
The topics covered will be as follows:
1)Their relationship to snakes and komodo dragons
2) Their land dwelling start in the early Cretaceous
3) Adaptations that would make them very successful
4)Russelosaurs, the early members
5)Mosasaurines, the more famous members
6)Dominance in the late Cretaceous period
7)Extinction 
The class will be structured along the evolutionary history of the Mosasaur family tree
