Perfil
Experiencia y certificaciones del docente
As a financial coach and certified Christian financial counselor, I bring both professional expertise and practical experience to teaching financial literacy. My background includes 13 years of teaching mathematics at the middle and high school levels, where I've helped students build strong analytical and problem-solving skills essential for financial understanding. Additionally, I currently serve as an assistant professor at a university, giving me insight into the financial challenges and decisions students face during their transition to higher education. My five years of online teaching experience ensures I can effectively engage students in both virtual and in-person learning environments. Through my work as a financial coach, I've guided individuals and families in developing sustainable financial habits, managing debt, and creating paths to financial freedom. This combination of educational experience and financial expertise allows me to present complex financial concepts in an accessible, engaging way that resonates with teenage learners while preparing them for real-world financial decisions.
