Experiencia de clase

"Kids love to learn and have fun. In this class, each learner will become a mini chef, creating fun treats, snacks, or meals.

This is a weekly class that will meet for 40 minutes each week.

Your child will also develop knowledge of following directions, measuring ingredients, and executing recipes to create delightful treats.

The ingredients will be posted 48 hours before class begins. We will make something different each week. Please have the ingredients ready, but not measured out before class together as a group, we will mix and practice math skills."

Hello, and welcome to my class! I'm Abby. I have over 30 years experience working with children ages 2-16. For many years, I was the co-owner, director of instruction, and lead teacher for J & A Daycare Center. I also have many years of experience caring for and teaching children through nannying and private home daycare, including children on the autism spectrum. (I have such a heart for children with special needs!) For the past five years, it has been my joy to homeschool my 20-year-old daughter. It is exciting to see her thriving and enjoying learning!

My teaching style is warm, creative, and fun. I am passionate about teaching young children! I love to encourage children and make sure they feel welcome. My goal for my classes is for every child to walk away smiling and feeling like they had a good time!

My husband, daughter and I make our home in Athens, GA. I enjoy wood painting, coloring, cooking, and crafts. I am so excited to meet and teach your child!
