In this interactive 40-minute class, students will learn mindfulness-based productivity techniques to improve focus, manage distractions, and stay motivated. We’ll explore strategies like time-blocking, mindful breathing, and prioritization techniques to help students work smarter and reduce stress.

What will be taught?

Understanding why distractions happen and how to overcome them
Mindfulness techniques to improve focus and reduce stress
Time-blocking and task management strategies
The Eisenhower Matrix for prioritizing tasks effectively
How to stay motivated and avoid burnout

How is the class structured?

Brief introduction and discussion on focus and productivity
Interactive breakdown of mindfulness techniques and prioritization tools

How will I teach?

I use visual aids, guided exercises, and real-world examples to help students understand and apply the concepts. We’ll engage in interactive discussions and hands-on activities to create personalized productivity plans.

How much will learners interact?

This is a highly interactive class where students will participate in discussions, guided exercises, and self-reflection activities to apply the techniques to their own routines.

Teaching Style:
My approach is engaging and supportive, helping students feel comfortable sharing their experiences while learning strategies they can apply right away. This class provides practical, stress-free techniques that students can use to boost productivity in school and daily life.

Special Note:
Classes will not be cancelled due to enrollment, even if only one learner is registered. However, please be aware that the class may end earlier than the scheduled time if there is a single participant or if students have fewer questions. Time is generally allotted for multiple-learner interaction, and this can affect the overall length of the session when fewer learners attend. Thank you for understanding!

Requisitos previos
No prior experience needed! This class is great for anyone looking to improve focus, manage distractions, and boost productivity. Taking my SMART Goals or Habit-Building class is helpful but not required.

All materials will be supplied digitally, and no additional purchases are required. A printable worksheet will be provided in the classroom announcement section before class. Learners should have a pen or pencil and a quiet space for focused participation.

Beyond the classroom, I have firsthand experience applying focus and productivity strategies in real-world settings, from running my own virtual assistant business to balancing professional and personal responsibilities.
