In this class, I will work on the fundamentals of math with your student. Whether they are having difficulty with addition, subtraction, multiplication, dividing, fractions, decimals, measurement, or even with their math homework, you have come to the right place. I have taught kindergarten through 4th grade math in the public schools and I have a tutoring business where I tutor students who are struggling in math as well as students who just need a little extra practice . I will cover any math topic that your student needs help with. For example, I will assess your student's proficiency,  go over the topic with the student and then go over practice problems. 
I will teach over zoom. The first class will be a get to know the student session and evaluation of their needs. After the first class, we will begin our class with a warm-up, often times a spiral review of some basic math.  At times, we will view a video to engage the student in skip counting. Then, we will focus on the area of need.
I have an easy going style and I encourage student participation.
