My private tutoring sessions are focused on helping students improve their skills in Math whether they need to focus on addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, or fractions. In this private one-on-one tutoring class, I will provide instruction on elementary math concepts for grades K-8 using the Math-U-See curriculum.
Lessons can be once a week, or several days, depending on the student's needs. During class, I will give many examples and help students with practice problems until they achieve mastery of each concept. 

Please note, this 1-on-1 tutoring session is available for learners in elementary and middle school. My experience teaching Math includes 18 years as a homeschool educator teaching all grade levels of Math from K-12. This ranged from basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, to teaching my students to solve complex algebraic and geometric equations. I have experience using many different Math curricula including Math-U-See, Saxon Math, Teaching Textbooks, and Bob Jones University Press.

Upon enrollment, I will contact parents about your child's individual learning needs and we can work together to come up with a progressive learning plan to help them improve their math skills.
